Do you remove my window screens and clean them?
We can remove window screens from the outside up to 2 stories, anything over 2 stories we need to remove the screens from the inside. Screen cleaning is available for an extra charge.
How many stories can you reach?
As of now we can reach up to 6 commercial stories. However if you need windows cleaned higher than that please give us a call we are willing to work on cleaning higher.
Do I need to be home for a free estimate?
No, We can drive by your home or business and count the number of windows and email you a estimate. Sometimes we can even give you an estimate using google street view.
Are you insured?

What method of carpet cleaning do you use?
For Commercial customers we use the hot water extraction method. Our machine flushes your carpet with clean 220 degree water killing germs and bacteria on the spot. We then extract the water out of your carpet in the same flushing pass. We are able to get 95% of the water out of your carpet and in most cases your carpet will be nearly dry when we leave. At our discretion we may also use VLM carpet cleaning. VLM is very low moister and this is the most effective carpet cleaning for commercial carpet.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
No, pre-vacuuming is included free of charge with every cleaning. We use professional grade vacuums that can remove more soil than a standard household vacuum.
How long does it take for my carpets to dry?
Dry times vary based on the humidity and temperature of your house. In most cases we can have your carpet dry by the time we leave or shortly after. Included with every carpet cleaning free of charge are professional air movers to help dry the carpet ASAP.
Do you move furniture?
Furniture moving is not included in our standard price. There will be additional fees for very large furniture and will need to be brought to our attention before we arrive. We do move small items such as coffee and end tables as long as all knick knacks are removed by the customer.
What happens if a spot comes back after you leave?
Most spots will be removed during your cleaning however if a spot does reappear please contact us at 724-858-9422 and we will fix the problem free of charge in most cases.
Do you guarantee all stain will be removed?
We do our best to remove all stain, however sometimes stains are set into the carpet and cannot be removed.
Are you certified with the IICRC?
Yes, Westmoreland ProClean LLC is certified with the IICRC.
Do you offer Green Chemicals?
Yes, Please mention you would like to use green chemicals before you book your appointment.
